Managing digital campaigns and brand projects through briefing and overseeing a social strategist and creative team. Writing a detailed and engaging brief, giving art directors and copywriters the information they need to begin concepting a creative idea. Developing that brief into a client-facing narrative to sell through our thinking and creative ideas. Designing communication plans based on clients’ sales and outreach goals. Analyzing campaign data and reporting to the team and client so as to impact future brand strategies. Developed the brand’s community of artists and designers through the company’s first newsletter and Brooklyn-based design panel events; this resulted in a 400% increase in design challenge submissions year over year. Managed customer-facing campaigns through the blog, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and email. Engaged influencers to launch the brand’s first digital look book for the launch of the fine jewelry line. Managed the short-term goals and long-term development of an assistant. Communicated ongoing brand objectives to the marketing and SEO teams.

Social media spokesperson for the Levi’s Women’s brand and the Shape What’s to Come social network. Managed @LevisGirl social accounts using my personal voice to promote brand visions. Pioneered the brand’s Instagram account. Wrote about community members and events for various brand blogs. Assisted the social team as they globalized the brand’s social channels. Obtained position through an international contest that required the activation of my online network.
